After doing a lot of research with different companies and calling with questions and quotes. We came across Impak and got in contact with Wade. Wade is a pleasure to work with and quickly addressed our needs and concerns/questions promptly. All other staff we have dealt with at Impak has also been very friendly and enjoyable to work with. Our experience has been very good with Impak and they are always willing to help when we reach out to them.We were looking for both a pallet Wrapper and shrink wrapper. Pallet wrapper options were provided quickly and differences explained which made it easy for us to pick. He presented us some options on shrink wrappers that we already had in mind and was very informative in explaining all pros and cons regarding the differences. He took into account our production facility and what would work for us. The differences he showed us with regards to the SMI BP800 was amazing vs the other units we were considering. It made our choice very easy and the cost savings was huge. We were very impressed by this piece of equipment and would recommend it to anyone looking for this type of unit. Wade made this portion very easy for us and enjoyable.
